SmartBlog
Description
Smart Blog is a blog package designed for Umbraco that has been created using MVC, the main purpose of this product is to use as a very simple blog starter kit and also to teach people who are struggling with the new MVC.Please note, Smart Blog is designed for Umbraco websites running version 4.10.0 or higher because it is an MVC project and does not support the use of masterpages.
Smart Blog is distributed under the MIT license which means it can be used for free and distributed in other works.
New in version 1.1:
-Can now set comments to auto approve using the management panel.
-Fixed disable comments setting not saving in some instances.
New in version 1.0:
Updated management panel allows for global blog settings if you have more than one blog in a site.
AJAX Comment form along with dynamicaly updating AJAX comments witht he use of JSON and a new webservice called SmartServce.
All new search featue.
Tag, Author, Comments and Category lists.
Client side validation.
Fully costomizable RSS feed.
Auto fill with facebook comment form. (Requires setup with facebook application.)
